About the Job

As a Warehouse & Quality Manager at Shannon Precision Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials while assuring those products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming products for compliance with specifications and for damage.
  • Inventory Management: Record materials received and shipped accurately and conduct periodic inventory cycle counts.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Competent with math, read calipers & basic drawings.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
