Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of print-on-demand apparel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heat press equipment to apply film transfers to apparel, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Operate embroidery machines, clean, and trim garments to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Receive and process shipments, entering products into our system, packaging, and shipping orders in a timely manner.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our production team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality control standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to read and understand purchase orders to complete jobs efficiently.
