Key Responsibilities:

* Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and visual assets for internal communications, marketing initiatives, and other company materials.
* Create, edit, and publish high-quality visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and meets business objectives.
* Utilize graphic design, photography, and videography skills to create impactful visual content for presentations and marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective marketing collateral that integrates both graphic design and visual media elements.
* Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials, working closely with other designers and cross-functional teams.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices in graphic design and visual media to ensure that our materials remain modern and effective.
* Create and maintain design templates, style guides, and other resources to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality designs and visual content that meet business goals and deadlines.
* Conduct research and analysis to understand target audiences and create designs that resonate with their needs and preferences.
* Engage with the audience through social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
* 3 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design and content creation.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proven experience in photography, videography, motion graphics and animation with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and relevant photography and videography equipment and software.
* Experience with social media platforms and understanding of best practices for content.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
* Experience with drone photography/videography.
* Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
* Experience with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data.
