As a compassionate and dedicated Specialized Pediatric Nurse LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes. About the Role:

  • Implement physician-prescribed care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and coordinate care with our multidisciplinary team
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by physicians
  • Document care provided in our electronic system of record, ensuring accurate and timely records
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and self-care techniques
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and case managers on patient progress and concerns

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from the American Red Cross or equivalent
  • Current TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (not required but preferred)
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
