Job Summary:

  • Implement physician-prescribed care plans for pediatric patients
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as required
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of provided care

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide education and training to family members on care techniques and medication administration
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • At least six months of prior nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics
