Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality's Hampton Inn Denver Inter Air location. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Manage guest room assignments and ensure accuracy
  • Process payments and handle incident reports as needed
  • Assist with special requests and resolve any guest complaints promptly

What You'll Need:

  • 1-2 years of previous front desk or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
