Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid SLP license in Massachusetts. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.

The successful candidate will assess students' speech and language abilities, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each student's educational and developmental goals. The caseload will consist of 20 children, with partially nonverbal and limitedly verbal students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs.
  • Assess students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each student's educational and developmental goals.
  • Work with a caseload of 20 children, including partially nonverbal and limitedly verbal students.
