Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance market, with a focus on Policy Center and Claims insurance domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes, leveraging expertise in process analysis and project management.
  • Conduct research, generate comparisons, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to drive transformational change.
  • Ensure alignment of actions with enterprise strategies, providing insights to inform business or technical direction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams, developing and maintaining relationships with practice owners and discipline leads.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of related work experience, including business processes and principles of process analysis and project management.
  • Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center.
  • Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business technical process systems and problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • SQL knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting.
