Job Summary:

At RHA Health Services, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to individuals with disabilities in residential homes and/or vocational centers.
  • Collaborate with the registered nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct medication pass observations and ensure staff competency in health-related tasks.
  • Document nursing care provided and communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Advocate for the individuals we support and assist with developing community supports to promote optimal health.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
  • Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level, requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
