We are seeking a skilled Regional CDL A Truck Driver to join our team at Keller Trucking. As a Regional Driver, you will be responsible for hauling cargo across the country, working a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a 53ft dry van trailer, hauling cargo across the country
- Work a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule, with opportunities for local work on days 5 and 6
- Average 1,800-2,100 miles per week
- Know your next dispatch before empty, 9 times out of 10
- Base CPM plus assessorial pay
- Stop off Pay - $15 per stop
- Safety Bonus - $0.03 per mile
- Productivity Bonus - $0.03 per mile
- Drop/Hook - $5 per drop/hook, totaling $10
- Live Load/Live Unload - $20 per load/unload, totaling $40
- Detention Pay - $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)
- Break Down Pay - $20 per hour (instantaneously)
- Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work
- Month Performance Bonus
- Weekly Guarantee Pay Program
- Yearly Longevity Bonus (paid at yearly anniversary)
- Active Class A CDL holder
- 21 years of age
- Good work history and driving record
- Must be able to pass D.O.T. Physical and Hair Follicle Drug Screen
- No DUI/DWI or any other alcohol/drug related conviction in the last 5 years
- No license suspensions in the past 12 months
- Experience is not needed, but candidates with under 12+ months of experience will be required to complete our training program
- Paid orientation with company lunches and lodging provided
- Company paid referral program - up to $1,500 per experienced driver
