Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team at BrightStar Care of Central DuPage-Wheaton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer care procedures and serve as the primary point of contact for client relations.
  • Schedule staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime.
  • Ensure proper business processes are followed and technology tools are utilized effectively.
  • Assist with the intake of new clients and inform potential clients of our services.
  • Develop and implement organization goals and agency performance improvement activities.
  • Administer agency policies and procedures.
  • Supervise, educate, and coach field personnel as directed by the Director of Nursing.
  • Provide information for statistics, reports, and records for evaluation and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Answer office phones and participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours calls.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Manager or in a similar role in a healthcare office setting.
  • College degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organization, time management, planning, and project management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance.
