Customer Support Specialist and Collections Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from both internal and external clients
Process customer payments efficiently
Make informed credit release decisions in accordance with established protocols
Direct customer disputes to appropriate field personnel for resolution
Facilitate payment arrangements for overdue accounts
Escalate complex customer disputes and collection scenarios as required
Support the team in achieving inbound service level objectives
Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of credit information while adhering to guidelines
Engage with customers regarding overdue payments and assist in the recovery of outstanding accounts

For Outbound Collections:

Assess credit limits
Participate in or lead monthly conference calls with field staff, including Territory Managers and Order to Cash Champions
Achieve monthly targets set at the start of each quarter, focusing on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimizing overdue account buckets
Manage a designated number of accounts daily and document all collection efforts
Administer customer service scenario assessments for candidates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic typing skills is required, with results to be included in the submission.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
