Position Summary
We are looking for a Facilities Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting our mission to deliver value-driven energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Update and Maintain Floor Plans**: Ensure accuracy by reflecting changes such as new hires, departures, and relocations.
2. **Coordination of Employee Moves**: Provide necessary materials like moving boxes and labels, and collaborate with administrative staff for seamless transitions.
3. **Oversight of Moves**: Supervise and direct moving activities, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
4. **Monthly ESG Energy Data Submission**: Compile and submit energy data to support our sustainability initiatives.
5. **Key Management**: Distribute office and furniture keys, including those for subtenants.
6. **Maintenance Oversight**: Manage the upkeep of office equipment and ensure operational efficiency.
7. **Server and UPS Room Management**: Schedule and oversee maintenance for critical equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
8. **Conference Room Assistance**: Aid in the setup of conference rooms and support mail distribution when necessary.
9. **Miscellaneous Facility Requests**: Address various facility-related inquiries and tasks as they arise.

Candidate Profile

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate support role within a professional environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone demeanor.

- Proven capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
