Key Responsibilities:
  • Process resident purchases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, such as stocking merchandise or answering resident inquiries.
Requirements:
  • High school Level diploma or equivalent knowledge.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in the certification course.
  • Strong cash handling and point-of-sale skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, a patient demeanor, and a genuine desire to serve others.
