Key Responsibilities- Process resident purchases with accuracy and efficiency, providing a positive point-of-sale experience.
- Manage cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, fostering a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as stocking merchandise or answering resident inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- High school Level diploma or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite for entry into this profession.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
- ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in the certification course is preferred.
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive attitude, a patient demeanor, and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
