About the Role:

We are in search of a proactive and innovative Civil Engineer to become a vital part of our Manufacturing division. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and execution of infrastructure and environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, buildings, and water supply systems.
  • Create detailed designs utilizing CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, feasibility studies, and design proposals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and project managers.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Leverage your expertise in stormwater management to devise innovative solutions for our projects.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in stormwater management.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
