We are seeking enthusiastic and committed educators to become part of our Clinical Nursing Faculty at Joyce University. The main duties of the clinical faculty include executing the curriculum, guiding students, and adhering to the policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of the institution. The role may require flexibility to work at various clinical sites based on the nursing program's requirements. This is a part-time position that involves working at designated clinical sites and typically encompasses 1 or 2 shifts per academic term.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely calculation and reporting of student performance and attendance
- Maintain documentation of professional development, including membership in professional organizations, continuing education, relevant practice experience, educational research, and awareness of current practice standards
- Attend faculty meetings, pinning ceremonies, graduations, and other university functions
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives to enhance the educational process and provide evidence of participation to the HR Generalist
- Assist in gathering statistical data and other information as needed for accreditation and organizational purposes
- Employ instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles of students
- Identify and address behavioral and academic challenges
- Provide suggestions and supporting data for curriculum enhancement
- Ensure the integrity of curricular offerings
- Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required License:
RN, unencumbered in the State of Arizona
Required Education:
Master's degree in nursing
Required Experience:
2-3 years in nursing
Preferred Teaching Experience:
2-3 years in teaching
