**Job Title:** Clinical Educator
**Job Summary:** Incredible Health is actively hiring a Clinical Educator to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff. If you have experience in education and staff development, and are passionate about providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care, we encourage you to apply.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement educational programs to meet the needs of nursing staff
* Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures
* Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care
* Maintain accurate records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics
**Qualifications:**
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
* Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred
* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
* Experience in education and staff development
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus
