Commercial Maintenance Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Sales Professional to join our team at Rieck Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Job DescriptionThe primary focus of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial market. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cold calls and presentations to decision-makers at commercial facilities
- Developing and delivering financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective
- Generating proposals and presenting them to customers
To succeed in this role, you must possess a proven track record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings. While technical knowledge in the HVAC industry is not required, a mechanical aptitude can be helpful.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated success in selling services or other intangible offerings
- Self-discipline, results-driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance
- Leadership character, desire, ability, and skills to manage the entire sales cycle
- A Challenger Sales mentality with good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree desired
- At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
Familiarity with the Dayton market and key decision-makers in the region can be a plus.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 (first year) and a generous benefits package including paid PTO and matching 401(k). Success in this role can lead to management opportunities within the company.
