Job Overview
As a key member of our production team at FBD Partnership, the Manufacturing Assembler I is responsible for the assembly of component parts in accordance with established blueprints and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble a variety of components with precision.
  • Conduct inspections of parts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities across different areas of the production floor.
  • Perform basic calculations as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in the training of new team members.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with 0 to 6 months of relevant assembly or production experience preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary, along with familiarity in using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills are essential, with fluency in English (both verbal and written). Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and reference verification.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires standing, pushing, pulling, and coordination of eye/hand/foot movements. The ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds is necessary. The position is situated within a manufacturing environment, necessitating clarity of vision to differentiate colors and the ability to hear and comprehend speech and other sounds.
