Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and supervision to youth in our community residence and in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each youth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with youth and families in a community-based setting.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
- Experience with evidence-based practices and therapeutic crisis intervention.
- Knowledge of community resources and services.
