Job Description

As a B-52 Budget/CCaR Financial Analyst, you will provide comprehensive financial management support to the B-52 Program Office within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial analysis and cost estimating support to the F/B Directorate Chief Financial Officer and the entire F/B PEO portfolio.

Monitor the flow of USAF funds via Congressional actions, program authorization, and budget authority using the USAF Congressional domain and AFM System.

Assist in maintaining CCaRS user accounts and privileges within the F/B Directorate.

Ensure the CCaRS database is properly tailored and configured to meet the Government's unique requirements.

Provide recommendations, identify sources of program shortfalls, and prepare reprogramming packages.

Perform daily verification of forecast accuracy in Web CCaRS.

Required Skills:

U.S. Citizenship

Secret security clearance

Expertise in financial management guidance/regulations, including FMR 7000.14R and AFI 65-601 Vol. 1

Experience with system administration of the CCAR application

Ability to provide documentation demonstrating successful completion of the CCAR Basic System Administrator Training course(s)
