Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to provide support to students with special needs in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies to promote student learning and development.
  • Provide individualized support and assistance to students, addressing their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Offer emotional and behavioral support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Paraprofessional Educator License (PEL)
  • Classroom experience or special education experience (Preferred)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Interview Process
  • A 15-minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • A 30-minute Zoom interview with the district to further evaluate candidate skills and experience.
  • Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours after the interview.
