Key Responsibilities


- Deliver comprehensive Solution Architecture and detailed Design for the implementation of solutions on Dassault platforms, aligned with business requirements, functionality, and performance standards.

- Spearhead the analysis, design, and development of a strategic roadmap and implementation plan, reflecting a cohesive architectural perspective from current to future state.

- Collaborate with Senior Architects to ensure that solution designs comprehensively address functional, integration, capacity, performance, infrastructure, and support considerations.

- Establish process guidelines to optimize platform performance, ensuring a high degree of reliability and credibility with the user base.

- Develop and oversee governance processes to maintain unified design and documentation standards and guidelines.

- Mentor and guide technical leads and developers on architecture, design patterns, and best practices for implementation with minimal customizations.

- Influence product functionality and roadmaps across dependent organizations based on PLM architectural strategies and enterprise requirements.

- Research and assess emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics to support project development and operational activities.

- Contribute to the creation of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated for various business needs.

- Lead and facilitate technical and business discussions regarding future architectural directions across the product portfolio.


Qualifications


- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM fields, complemented by extensive experience.

- 7-10 years of IT experience, including 3-5 years of proven expertise in solution architecture and application system design for BOM/Change/Config management processes within the Dassault Enovia PLM platform.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Product Definition, with hands-on experience in designing solutions on the Dassault Enovia PLM platform.

- Extensive experience in architecting solutions for Enterprise PLM applications, with a deep understanding of integrations from Enovia to Oracle ERP and familiarity with various interfacing technologies.

- Ability to analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation strategy based on the current and future business landscape.

- Working knowledge of configuration options and associated cost implications; experience with complex solution configurations.


Eligibility Requirements


- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- Willingness to travel for meetings, workshops, and conferences.

- Must be open to relocation and working from a designated office location.

- Demonstrated experience in leading blended teams, including third-party partners and customer personnel.

- Experience in maintaining operational stability throughout various lifecycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, decommissioning); capable of provisioning and budgeting through capital and operating expenses.

- Ability to guide early-stage customer interactions, instilling confidence and comfort with approaches while integrating with existing technology investments.
