Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout their stay.
- Registration and Check-In: Efficiently and accurately process guest registrations, utilizing computer systems to ensure seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
- Communication: Engage in friendly, polite conversation with guests, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Personalized Service: Proactively offer personalized services, activities, and resolutions tailored to each guest's needs, ensuring their stay with us is truly memorable.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete required reports and paperwork, maintain confidentiality of guest information, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior hotel or equivalent guest service experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage in friendly, polite conversation, even in challenging situations, and maintain engaged conversation while using computer equipment.
Physical Requirements:
The performance of duties occurs indoors in a temperature-controlled setting. The position requires standing and the use of telephone and computer equipment.
