Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Radiation Oncology team at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Lead, mentor, and role model for other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and respect.
  • Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure, and clean environment, adhering to evidence-based practices and information technologies.
  • Demonstrate respect for patient rights, dignity, values, confidentiality, and expressed needs.
  • Support a commitment to our mission and vision, displaying behaviors in harmony with our ICARE values (integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence).
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as an RN in Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor.
  • 1 year of acute care experience required.
  • Preferred experience as an RN in a radiation oncology setting.
