Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Choice Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and approve the work performance of housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, including training staff on Radisson Operation Standards.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor and report on guest complaints and concerns, and take corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required by management to provide exceptional guest service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or management role in housekeeping.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds, and to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
