POSITION TITLE: Culinary Service Runner

REPORTING TO: Service Manager & Expeditor

PRIMARY AIM: The main aim of the culinary service runner is to liaise with the expo personnel to aid in the final presentation of dishes, preparation of appetizers and garnishes, and delivering food to tables according to designated table and seat numbers.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Coordinates with the expo staff to fulfill assigned tasks such as retrieving salad dressings, garnishes, and side dishes.
  • Assists in garnishing and finalizing appetizers.
  • Delivers completed orders to tables using the specified table and seat numbers.
  • Ensures a tidy and well-stocked work area.
  • Aids in the preparation and packaging of takeout orders.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
