Reports To: Director of Operations

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Management
  1. Guarantee prompt and accurate deliveries to clients.
  2. Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures.
  3. Plan and supervise the preparation of outgoing shipments.
  4. Confirm the precision of all shipments.
  5. Assist in loading trucks during carrier pickups.
  6. Ensure all counts are verified accurately.
  7. Coordinate daily freight pickups and manage associated documentation.
  8. Prepare necessary shipping paperwork.
  9. Support Customer Service in addressing billing issues.
  • Receiving Operations
  1. Unload incoming materials and verify against shipping documents.
  2. Meticulously check counts.
  3. Promptly report any shortages or damages.
  4. Notify the office of any discrepancies or damages.
  • Warehouse Maintenance
  1. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Inventory Management
  1. Help load supplies onto trucks and verify quantities.
  2. Check incoming finished products against provided lists.
  3. Properly store finished goods and conduct inventory counts as required.
  • Supervisory Duties
  1. Guide and train warehouse staff.
  2. Provide training on operational processes and safety protocols.
  3. Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  4. Utilize the Amtech system effectively.
  5. Operate a forklift for the movement of goods.
