  • Write detailed test cases and scenarios based on requirements and designs; manage bug tracking efficiently.
  • Create and oversee the execution of automated test suites, identifying issues and potential gaps.
  • Support governance of testing processes and metrics to drive team performance improvements.
  • Perform risk assessments for features and projects, providing mitigation strategies and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Develop high-quality, end-to-end automation tests that align with acceptance criteria and user scenarios.
  • Contribute significantly to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews for peers, fostering a culture of quality.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance testing infrastructure.
  • Work with Product Management to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs and UX challenges.
  • Ensure that all monthly releases are thoroughly validated and ready for deployment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Development, Automation Testing, and Software Deployment. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or C#. Experience in Mobile and Web App UI Automation, particularly with ReactNative for mobile and React JS for web applications. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Docker and Jenkins is essential. Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and the ability to mentor team members effectively.
