About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at RangeWater Real Estate. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residential communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all common areas, including office spaces, amenities, and restrooms.
  • Inspect the community regularly to ensure all areas are clean and free of litter.
  • Remove trash and debris from vacant apartments and transfer it to the dumpster or storage area.
  • Complete make-ready cleans for vacant apartments to ensure they are move-in ready.
  • Assist with assigned requests from the Service Director and/or Community Director.
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
  • Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors.
  • Provide excellent customer service by treating residents and others with respect and responding to complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Employment history demonstrating safe use of cleaning chemicals, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Rudimentary knowledge of company software and ability to access it.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations.
