Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Manufacturing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of vehicles while maintaining the highest level of quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties, including standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive work motions, and moderate lifting.
  • Operate air, power, and vibrating tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Work with small vehicle components and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and respectful work atmosphere.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 18 years old or older at time of application.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to comprehend written standardized work documents and perform basic math.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work procedures.
  • Positive attitude, respect for others, and commitment to teamwork.
