We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of $45,000 to $65,000 annually, based on industry standards and location considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations Management: Efficiently manage office tasks, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
  • Schedule Management: Oversee staff schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Communication: Maintain professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures, particularly in medical office settings if applicable.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to enhance office productivity and morale.
  • Clerical Support: Perform various clerical duties as needed to support office functions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong schedule management, payroll processing, and training development skills.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with human resources practices is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Calendar Management: Proficient in calendar management and clerical tasks.
