Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with department heads to thoroughly understand the hiring requirements for diverse roles across the organization.
  • Achieve competitive recruitment targets for positions ranging from entry-level to senior management.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of job openings, assisting managers in sourcing, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  • Stay proactive on job platforms and professional networks to identify quality candidates.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions and announcements.
