The successful applicant will possess a background in talent acquisition, along with a solid understanding of the processes involved in screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with department heads to thoroughly understand the hiring requirements for diverse roles across the organization.
- Achieve competitive recruitment targets for positions ranging from entry-level to senior management.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of job openings, assisting managers in sourcing, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Stay proactive on job platforms and professional networks to identify quality candidates.
- Draft and publish job descriptions and announcements.
- Participate in career fairs and university recruitment events to represent the organization.
- Evaluate resumes and guide candidates through the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer discussions.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate information, including both active and passive candidates, as well as records of hires and separations.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural alignment.
- Provide ongoing updates to hiring managers regarding the status of open roles.
- Support employer branding efforts and marketing initiatives, including in-person events and digital outreach.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to enhance the company's visibility and attract qualified applicants.
