Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our high-volume quick-serve restaurant in Onalaska. As a key member of our Gecko Hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including supervising hourly employees and the management team, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees and the management team to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, inventory, and scheduling, in accordance with company policies.
  • Talent Development: Coach and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and learning.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a passion for nurturing talent and driving results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, employees, and vendors.
