Qualifications:

Education: A Master's Degree is required, with completion of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program or a nurse practitioner program.

Experience: Preferred one to three years of experience in an office environment.

Licensure/Certification: A current PA or NP license in the appropriate state is mandatory, along with NCCPA or state nursing board registration, BLS, and DEA registration.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in physical assessment, chronic illness management, and effective communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently while collaborating with team members is crucial.
