We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our Family Medicine Clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with our healthcare providers to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collaborative Care: Work closely with our healthcare providers to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient interviews, histories, and chief complaints, utilizing your expertise to identify and address patient needs.
- Clinical Skills: Perform routine EKGs, administer medications, and provide respiratory therapies, including nebulizer treatments, as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Novant Health standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our front office staff to ensure efficient patient flow, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, preferably in a family medicine setting.
- Licensure: Current state license and CPR certification.
