The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in the healthcare team, providing direct patient care and assisting in the overall management and coordination of resident care. **Responsibilities:**

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid and active license in good standing as an LPN in the state of Arkansas
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
