LinTech Global is a leading provider of IT services to Civilian and Defense agencies. We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Mobility Administrator to support our government customer in Alexandria, VA.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Daily Job Responsibilities:

• Manage mobility ticket system, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Perform SharePoint updates, maintaining data integrity and security.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions for standard and VIP users.
• Administer UEM system, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with IT departmental teams, including Help Desk, Server admins, and departmental communications.
• Execute business administration tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• Liaise with wireless vendors via phone or email, managing device activations and testing.
• Perform device management, including factory restoration, OS updates, and network testing.
• Troubleshoot mobility issues, including UEM, wireless network, exchange, and device problems.
• Generate and handle mobility reports, providing critical insights to support the mission.

Clearance: Secret

Certifications: Security+ within 6 months on contract.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) administration and BlackBerry EU.
• Knowledge of Footprints ticket tracking system and ITIL v3 certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SharePoint skills.
• Familiarity with MDM systems (Mobile Device Management) and DoD contracting process.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of best practices for IT protocols and inventory management.
