As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing processes that add value and quality to our inputs and create our final high-quality products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the complete physical safety of yourself and your coworkers at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Perform manufacturing processes, including receiving and handling raw materials, adding value through proprietary processes, and packaging final products
\u2022 Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to quality and sanitation standards
\u2022 Work efficiently, meeting production deadlines and adapting to changes in priorities
\u2022 Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and adjust to important changes
\u2022 Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and processes
\u2022 Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
\u2022 18 years or older
\u2022 Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
\u2022 Basic computer skills
\u2022 Ability to lift 50lbs and perform frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending, and twisting
\u2022 Willingness to work across temperature zones, including cold and hot environments, and in environments with dust and chemicals
\u2022 Ability to work days, nights, and weekends, including some holidays and periodic overtime
