Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet project deadlines and milestones while providing daily leadership to the project.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on general records management practices and standards.
  • Plan and execute new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency of DHA Records Management Systems.
  • Develop OpenText ContentServer workflow, SQL Reports, Test Plans, etc.
  • Explain technical concepts and solutions to information technology personnel, management, and government personnel in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Identify needs and resolve complex technical issues by documenting and implementing solutions.
  • Manage IT projects providing technical documentation, reporting, resource estimates, problem resolution, and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • OpenText Certification highly desired (ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer, etc.).
  • PMP highly desired.
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience with the OpenText Content Server or OpenText Records Management (formerly Livelink ECM).
  • 2+ years of experience with records management business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Enterprise Records Management solutions for federal customers.
  • Experience in a DoD environment is highly desired.
  • Experience with Cloud Hosting, OpenText Process Suite software, etc. is a plus.
