Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of direct customer service experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to foster effective sales and customer relationships.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Cantonese and/or Spanish alongside English, are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales targets while maintaining awareness of sales performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by keeping all customer areas tidy and presenting merchandise according to company standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately and adhere to company cash handling procedures.
Health and Safety Precautions:
