Job Title: On-Call Busser/Barback

At Mondrian, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic On-Call Busser/Barback to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and entertain guests professionally and courteously, adhering to our established service standards.
  • Assure the bar area is prepared for opening and maintain a clean and organized environment throughout your shift.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times, using the 10/5 rule when interacting with guests.
  • Follow established carding policy and ensure guests are 21 years of age for alcohol consumption.
  • Assist in food and beverage orders in a timely manner and work collaboratively with bartenders and waiters.
  • Clean and maintain tables and the bar area, setting up and breaking down the bar as needed.
  • Wash and polish glassware, ensuring consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
  • Restock and replenish refrigerators, liquor cabinets, and other areas according to par levels.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by your supervisor and complete closing duties within your scheduled time.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the SKYBAR beverage menu and product offerings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with the service team.
