**Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity**
CommuniCare Advantage is seeking a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Eagle Pointe Healthcare Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents based on their medical charts and evaluations.
- Provide instruction and education to residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques.
- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to the rehab team.
**Requirements:**
- Hold a valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
- Have a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program.
