Job Title: Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at DS Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level clinical support and direct patient care services. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level clinical support and direct patient care services.
  • Manage overall patient throughput in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources including caregivers, equipment, and supplies.
  • Act as the single point of contact for caregivers, physicians, and others for patient transfer or placement.
  • Promote patient satisfaction and quality patient care in accordance with the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
  • Make leadership decisions and provide direction and oversight with operational issues for all hospital departments during assigned shifts.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator on Call for after-hours issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
