Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall management of patient flow, ensuring safety and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison for healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff regarding patient transfers and placements.
  • Promote patient satisfaction through exemplary service and leadership, ensuring adherence to our core values.
  • Make informed leadership decisions and provide guidance on operational matters across all hospital departments during your assigned shifts.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator on Call to address after-hours operational challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a charge nurse or leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
