About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled GI Registered Nurse to join our team at Memorial Same Day Surgery Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Our facility specializes in ophthalmology, orthopedics, spine, podiatry, pain management, and gastroenterology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cooperatively with staff and physicians to provide patient care.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including scope processing, pathology collection, and preparing patients for procedures.
  • Provide care for patients in recovery and actively participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in acute care nursing and knowledge of relevant skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
  • Maintain basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS.
  • At least two years of registered nurse experience.
