Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our psychiatric care team, ensuring that our hospital meets the highest standards of care and quality.
  • Clinical Operations: Supervise and coordinate the clinical activities of our psychiatric care team, including the evaluation, treatment, and psychotherapy of patients.
  • Staff Development and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, and to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctoral degree in medicine or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a psychiatric care setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
