We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Store Associate to join our team at Binny's Beverage Depot in Bucktown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on products.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Restock shelves, build displays, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Develop knowledge of store products and services to better serve customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications (Essential Job Functions):

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and management.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is $16.75+ based on experience and availability.
