Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Lot Coordinator is to ensure accurate inventory management of all whole goods at the location. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the equipment lot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account for all equipment, AMS products, and attachments on the yard.
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks and other deliveries.
  • Conduct walk-around inspections of inbound/outbound equipment.
  • Segregate and monitor all equipment.
  • Label equipment for proper identification.
  • Maintain regular upkeep of stock equipment, including starting, checking tires, and cleanliness.
  • Utilize applicable software programs for tracking equipment movements and reconditioning.
  • Perform periodic inventory audits.
  • Photograph equipment for marketing and advertising purposes.
  • Stage equipment for presentation to customers.
  • Maintain grounds, including parking and equipment lots.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and presentable.
  • Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
  • Foster a great work environment, promoting accountability, open communication, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 3 or more years of experience in inventory management, maintenance, or equipment operations is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary to effectively solve problems and challenges.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Ability to safely and correctly operate a forklift, agricultural, and commercial equipment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while functioning in a team environment.
  • Organization skills are essential to ensure responsibilities are accomplished effectively and efficiently.
  • Self-motivation to complete tasks and other required duties is necessary.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Forklift Certification is necessary.
  • FA/CPR Certification is required.
  • Valid DOT Medical Card is required.

Working Conditions
